Historybox was founded by Dr John Price, a professional historian with a passion for public and community history.
After a successful academic career, John decided he wanted to take history to wider audiences and share his love of the past with as many people as possible.
John is the Director of the Museum of Everyday Life and Archive Collection Custodian for the Lewisham Local History Society.
This extraordinary collection comprises thousands of objects, images, and ephemera dating back at least two-hundred years.
Historybox is a collaboration with the Museum of Everyday Life.
